SONGWRITING

14.15 - 16.00 in the Hume Theatre

Andy Thornton has been a singer and songwriter for about 30 years and has several successful CDs. In this workshop he will cover what makes a good song, what the rules to song writing are and how to break them. Participants are invited to bring along their own songs, to see how the theory they will have learned works in practice, or for those who haven’t already tried their hand at songwriting, this is a good time to start.

For all levels. Bring along your own guitar to learn or improve your skills with Ryan Thwaits, local music teacher and member of The Strangerhood
